We took my 4 month Yorkie Chikita today. Rhonda and her lovely employee made my baby feel comfortable and welcome. They did a great job. I am very satisfied with the results.

I took my mini golden doodle for her first grooming, and they did a fantastic job. She was so cute❤ I took a picture that I had found and they did the exact same cut! They were very knowledgeable and gave me a lot of good advice to ensure that she doesn't get matted. I would highly recommend them.

One of the best haircuts/grooming my dogs have ever had. They’ve been to an in home groomer as well as a large pet store groomer and this is the best of all. They are older dogs and the groomer took special care of them both

Rhonda is the most caring and passionate groomer/ boss anyone could ask for! She is dedicated to making sure your fur baby is healthy and happy and looking their best! She goes above and beyond to insure your pup has the best experience while also trying to educate pet parents on how to best care for their pets at home!

I had a very upsetting experience at this grooming salon. When I picked up my dog, the groomer began yelling at me about tangles in my dog’s coat and told me that using a slicker brush “isn’t enough.” I tried to listen and explain that I didn’t know I also needed to use a comb, but she continued to raise her voice and told me it was like she was “talking to the walls.” She also said she was very busy and that it upset her when dogs are “a lot of work.”
I found her attitude extremely unprofessional and concerning, especially since she was so angry while handling dogs. I paid her $100 for a $55 grooming because I wanted to be kind during the holidays, but her response was rude.
Because of this experience, I will not be bringing my dog back, and I want other pet owners to be aware of how she treated me.
