Ronald set the expectations hi from the first communication. He uses technology (hi concentration on auto-responses in both text & email) to give near real-time feedback, updates and answers to questions.Simple Washing showed up on time, ready to roll and did a great job! The price was very fair, based on other estimates, and he offers veteran discounts - which was really nice.Although not part of the original estimate, Ronald also did my sidewalks without charge - in order to keep a nice flow of brilliant clean with the driveway -- looks fantastic.Overall, Ronald runs a a very customer-focused business, is a strait shooter but still professional and courteous.I couldn't...read full review

Ron was great! I had to make a last-minute scheduling change and Ron was able to accommodate the change. He was very upfront about the whole process and pricing. Whole process was complete in a day. I highly recommend Simple Washing.
