PRICE does have some nice model homes to choose from. BUT the workmanship and the customer service is the worst. The "supervisor" of contractors, Larry, is not a man of his word and his contractors don't install things properly. Which ends up costing the homeowner more costs just for a licensed contractor to undo the shoody work and correct the things that should have been done correctly to begin with.
As far as PRICE working with the homeowners they, Michelle, ignore the many phone calls or text messages until they're bugged enough then they tell you "the work was done right and there's nothing wrong with it."
Here's just a few incidents and reasons of what I had to deal with: #1= PRICE ran the well water in the house for a period of time with NO filtration system causing all the water lines in my home to be flushed out several times and having to replace fixtures due to the sand build up in them. Not to mention all the sand and dirt that was in the sinks and tub.
#2= They broke the counter slab at the kitchen sink and covered it up so it was not seen at the closing. We were then told by Larry that the house and issues were all ours and not to bother PRICE because the house belongs to us.
#3= The sliding glass doors were installed by PRICE incorrectly and they kept telling us there's nothing wrong with the doors except for it missing 1 plastic piece. The manufacturer had to then come out to take down and repair the mess PRICE did from the beginning.
#4= It took 6 months after closing to get a closet door installed in which PRICE came back 3 times to install a beaten up, scratched up door that had been a blue painted door and my doors are ALL white. Clearly it was a used door and I paid for a brand new home to be built and expected it to be a brand new house.
#5= They installed a used beaten up pump which was leaking and I was then told it was normal. When I called a pump company out here they informed me that the leak IS an issue and I was correct in calling them to come repair it.
#6= Several shingles on the roof were not there and a roofer had to come out twice to replace the shingles that were not put on properly or not at all. Several people riding by our house stopped to inform us of the missing shingles.
There's a lot more I could say about their shoody builds but I'll cut it here. I will say as many other people in Palm Bay has told me since my dealing with PRICE... "DON'T go with PRICE"
Well Bill, it took me giving you a 1 rating to say anything to me. You were aware of my issues, according to Michelle and I have proof in the text messages of this, and yet you still chose not to correct the issues in my home build. All EXCEPT for 1 issue listed above was corrected with no thanks to PRICE FAMILY HOMES. The 1 issue not corrected is the breaking of my kitchen counter because of the cost of REPLACING the slab as for it can NOT be repaired. My rating IS based on the work of building my home and not on the lack of your company willing to do things correctly. So future buyers, "BEWARE - you have been warned. "
So Bill, unless you're going to replace my broken slab caused by PRICE, then this conversation is over and my rating remains a rating of 1. Have a nice day.

At times it seems as nothing is being done but they finished start to CO in about 8 months.
