I wanted to support a family-owned business; however, so far, I'm not very impressed with Premier Heating and Cooling. I had an appointment scheduled today (09/11/24), between 08:00 and 12:00. As of 12:37, I haven't heard from anyone. I even tried calling this morning to confirm my appointment, but they use an answering service, and the answering service couldn't confirm anything. I tried calling again at 12, and they answering service couldn't provide status on my appointment. They could only "reach out to the dispatcher." I have a 2.5 month old child at home, with no A/C, so this lack of response and communication has been very disappointing. UPDATE... read full review
Finding reliable AC service in Florida can be quite challenging, as many companies have a take-it-or-leave-it attitude. However, I discovered an excellent one called Premier Heating & Cooling. Today, I received an explanation of findings that I’ve never experienced before. Abel did an outstanding job and helped improve the quality of my home AC while also providing me with a few tasks I could tackle over time. I was so impressed that I immediately signed up for their Club Membership program.
Thomas appeared to be very knowledgeable; he explained everything clearly regarding why I needed certain items and how lacking them would impact the air conditioning unit. I would recommend him to anyone.
