I wanted to support a family-owned business; however, so far, I'm not very impressed with Premier Heating and Cooling. I had an appointment scheduled today (09/11/24), between 08:00 and 12:00. As of 12:37, I haven't heard from anyone. I even tried calling this morning to confirm my appointment, but they use an answering service, and the answering service couldn't confirm anything. I tried calling again at 12, and they answering service couldn't provide status on my appointment. They could only "reach out to the dispatcher." I have a 2.5 month old child at home, with no A/C, so this lack of response and communication has been very disappointing. UPDATE 1: It's 16:20, and I never received a call from Premier Heating & Cooling to let me know that they were running late or that they needed to cancel my appointment. They left me high and dry. Thankfully, Freedom Air & Heat Inc showed up a few minutes ago. UPDATE 2: It's 19:04. I never received a call back. I just wrapped up an $18,000 purchase to replace my entire system. Business lost, I guess.
