This dentist office took my money. I gave them a deposit of $400 on $6000 worth of work that I'm paying for out of my pocket. I have been to several appointments with them already paying them a decent amount of money for x-rays n check ups. I have had to reschedule once in the past and when I went to go reschedule again today they told me that they would not reschedule me irrelevant of the reason I told them my son was sick and throwing up they told me they don't care and they were going to keep my money and that they would not Reschedule me for a new appointment basically. came in for an appointment early took an hour for anyone to even tell us they were behind. Then when asked how much longer it was gonna take after we were there an hour no idea no explanation. Three people came in after we did & went back we still sat and waited and waited and waited ended up walking out terrible service. Terrible customer care with no communication with a patient that was sitting there for almost 2 hours & with no explanation as to why she came in for a cleaning and ended up leaving the office. Very rude. No follow up phone call no anything lost my business would never go there again terrible customer service .
