so I was changing some of my old a/c ceiling duct covers and noticed some debris. My neighbor had just used and recommended Williams and I called and spoke to Jordan. She arranged for ductwork cleaning and also a U/V light for my indoor condensor. She was very helpful and I thought the price was good. So Ethan and Dana did the work and I must say they were outstanding. They cleaned all the covers outside with my hose and used a large machine with a rotating brush to clean the ducts. They answered all my questions and were very polite. I highly recommend this company.
Full AC Install. Super helpful and honest work is what I received with Ken Williams AC. From the front desk to the technician straight forward and great to work with. Big Kudos to James our technician for the awesome job he did!
Serviced my unit and found numerous settings and other issues caused by a previous company with a technician not familiar with my two stage automatic Trane system. My AC working great, the Williams Air technician James was extremely proficient and very important, honest in every sense of the word. Williams Air responded to my call promptly and courteously. I would suggest buying their maintenance service.
