I called Ken Williams on a holiday, and they 1) answered the phone and 2) scheduled a technician to come out next day. James arrived on time and got right to work. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and walked me through what he was doing so I would know for the future. He spent almost 2 hours doing a full diagnostic check and repair. Because of this, I signed up for the maintenance plan and will be requesting James to come back out each time! I will be recommending Ken Williams (and James) to friends and neighbors.

Very satisfied with Ken Williams Air Conditioning. James, the technician was excellent in his work, answering any questions I had, and was very professional in every aspect of his job. Jordan, one of the office workers, I was told worked tirelessly to make sure my warranted part got here from the distributor on a timely basis. Even when the product delivery got delayed, she stayed on top of its location at all times to make sure that my new coil could be installed as soon as it arrived.
