Matthew was great. He.listened carefully to my daughter's requests and ideas and really took his time with her cut. He respected that she has sensory issues so every so often he very casually would give her a quick break from cutting so she didn't even notice. He explained he would cut more off if she wanted, or make any corrections if needed, within the week since she did a drastic change and curly hair can be tricky. We went on a slower day & before Noon so our wait was 0 minutes.

I am so glad we have a Great Clips in Palm Bay ~ I have already gotten my hair trimmed up there 5 -6 times and have been happy every time. I went on Tuesday and the woman cutting my hair was a little uncomfortable doing a deep V cut on my sides and had another woman help her - THANK YOU FOR NOT JUST WINGING IT :) Cut came out great. and you cant beat the cost.
