After a week of being given the run around by another company, I called Gale Winds. They came out for a quote first thing in the following morning, picked up the compressor I needed that night, and replaced it the following day. Amazing service! The two Craftsman who came on time and worked good together as a team, did exactly as I requested.It doesn’t get much better than this, especially in Melbourne Beach area!!I have personally (PA/NJ) had a lot of experience with HVACR and worked in Nuclear Public Utility for over 44 years before I retired.I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

Gale Winds is hands down the best at their trade. I’ve had them service my home AC unit and they also service the many AC units at my workplace. (These are not easy units to service as they are aging rapidly). Before switching to Gale, we had another company give us an assessment and they wanted to replace our whole system - but Gale Winds explained we still had years of life left, saving us a hefty bill. Bill and Brian have been knowledgeable and saved us $$$ as they prioritize preventative maintenance and are up front about what can be replaced when.
