Jessica was kind, compassionate and caring. She was cognizant that my mother has dementia and may not be able to view my dad after his passing. She went above and beyond before, during and after even having a few extras for the family and guests during the viewing and service. Her trainee Barbara did a wonderful job the day of the funeral and will be ready to step out on her own anytime in the near future. I would recommend Jessica to care for your loved one in the event of their passing.
The first guy 1.5 years ago did not explain that the payments monthly included additional money that came up to 3000 dollars. You could not pay it off early. The next guy, Andrew was wonderful, he took time to explain everything. We canceled our first one and paid in full. Feel good that all is done.
