E.M. Healthcare & Associates is an extremely professional and kind office with a well-maintained space. The practitioner is very knowledgeable and helpful, with great bedside manner. The staff is professional, kind, and genuinely caring, providing top-notch care with no long waits. Nurse Practitioner Ebony Maynard provides an exceptional experience, being incredibly professional, patient, and thorough. She takes time to explain each step and ensures comfort, with a calm and respectful approach that makes stressful appointments feel easy and supportive. The office shows true passion for the work, with a thorough exam process. They truly go above and beyond to help veterans in need, taking time to listen and focus on concerns. The entire experience is smooth and comfortable, with a welcoming receptionist. Highly recommended.
EM Healthcare & Associates is receiving a 5/5 star review today for professionalism, and outstanding patient care provided by Ebony Maynard APRN, FNP-BC. APRN Maynard is a veteran too, which helped me connect with the healthcare provider, opening up a positive communication channel for me to fully discuss my physical concerns, and broader medical history. I left Ebony’s office with an increased degree of confidence in the Veteran’s Affairs Department as a whole, and heightened education on my own health.

Extremely professional and kind office and staff. Appointment time was well kept. Practitioner is very knowledgeable and helpful. She has great bedside manner. The office is well maintained. Definitely a 10 out of a 5 rating scale.
Nurse Practitioner Ebony Maynard provided an exceptional experience during my C&P exam this morning.
