Currently can’t sleep for the second time because this company is working outside my apartment. It’s been two times now, that they’re out here at 12-4AM with loud cement trucks and beeps and our apartment is shaking. I thought a rocket was going over but was confused based on the time. It has been a nightmare listening to this. Our building is less than 50 feet from the site. There is no reason this can’t all be done during normal day hours.

Don Facciobene has refused to pay my company for services rendered. DFI equipment spilled a large volume of oil into a lake on a site they are working, DFI contacted OPG Plus to do the environmental cleanup, the cleanup was completed per state DEP standards yet DFI has refused to pay for the service. They have not indicated displeasure with the cleanup and have called us in for meetings, only to not show up themselves. Extremally unprofessional and dishonest at the least. I have all documentation, before and after photos of the spill site, text conversations etcetera for anyone interested. Potential subcontractors beware.
