The level of rudeness is beyond anything I have ever encountered with service provider. I was asked to be at the property I owned to arrange payment (I am 4 hours away). Apparently over the phone payment is too complicated for them to fathom. So instead of hearing me out and trying to see how we can work around it, Candace decided it’s much easier to hung up the phone, classy!
Do yourself a favor and save yourself from the headache and frustration.

Was Driving behind this van when they suddenly stop at a green light for no reason there is no traffic no pedestrians and he is sitting in the only lane to go straight through the light , I would say that the driver be tested on how traffic lights work so maybe we can continue to use them correctly.

I had a great experience with Austin and Adam today. I called the office this morning, and Best Electric was able to get me scheduled the same day. Both gentlemen came out, took their time, and resolved my issue swiftly. Thank you guys again!!!

This company blocked my garage, making me late for work. I called the number on the truck but only after I had called the non-emergency number for the police did someone show up. He offered no apology. If this is how this company treats everyday people, I'd hate to see how they treat their customers.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I’m surprised they were able to land loops in our house. Rest assured, if it’s not done correctly, the first time it’ll stay that way.
