I recently purchased a home on Melbourne,Fl. Andrews roofing had completed a new roof on the property in 2019, the site states there is a 10 year warranty. I reached out to them several time, as the inspection of the home found several issues with the roof installation, I provided the inspection report to Susanne and asked about the warranty, I was basically ghosted, so if you use them my advise would be to hire an inspector to verify their work.

Andrews roofing are very unprofessional called many many times with no response. Recommended by neighbor.Would never do business nor would ever recommend them.If have problem with roof installed by this company they would not respond from my experience trying to reach them.

I highly recommend Andrew’s Roofing. Dennis was very professional andinformative throughout the process ofhaving my residential roof replaced. He took care of all the insurance needs in a timely manner. Also met with the foreman, Jose and crew were not only polite, but more importantly did quality work, from tearing off the old roof & installation. Thank you
