On Friday my AC went out, I started calling at 630 am and leaving messages with every AC company listed. Every company gave me the same answer “ I’m sorry we are booked up and it’s going to be a hot weekend”, I was so upset as it was already 87 degrees in my house. I had one more company to call, A-Best Air &Heat, I explained my situation and they made room for me, knowing it was a hot weekend ahead. My appointment was at noon and the technician was very professional and helpful, explaining every step he was doing. My under ground tubing had a leak which caused all Freon to leak out, this is a huge job and I was worried they would make me wait, however they did the job the same day. The owner of the company canceled his meetings to come help to make sure I had AC!! This is a very compassionate and caring company, I recommend this company and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you for your commitment of putting your clients first!!!!
