I needed a 4 point inspection for a new insurance company. I spoke with Jack at 4M and was offered the inspection within 2 days. He was courteous, helpful and professional. He showed up right on time, completed the inspection, and emailed the completed inspection report to me and to my insurance agent within a couple of hours. The entire experience was completely painless. I would highly recommend 4M to anyone in need of a home inspection.

My insurance agent advised I needed a 4 Point Inspection to renew my homeowner's policy and I called 4M Home Inspection to schedule. The call was promptly returned, a date was set, they showed up on time and completed the process in short order and at a reasonable price. My agent and I received a copy of the report that same day. Mr. Trimboli was professional and courteous and I would give him my best recommendation for anyone needing this service.

Jack has completed my last three home inspections and wind mitigations for my residence in Merritt Island as well as for my son's condo.
