I had my AC go out on a Friday at a location not easy to get to. My technician Coleman was awesome. He was on time we ended up having a bigger issues then we thought and he went well above and beyond probably his duties to make sure myself and my family was set for the weekend. He ended up saying on site longer then planned on a Friday afternoon to get me some information. I couldn't be happier for the service he provided definitely recommend him if you need a service call.

Once again Artic Air came through!! My service tech was Coleman Thomas and he was amazing!! Polite, professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain needed repairs, current state of one of my two units and even though I had to replace a unit, it was the correct call. I would have spent more keeping the old unit up and running. He discussed all options with me, made sure my other unit was working so we had heat in part of the house. He made the process very easy and painless!! He and all the great people at Artic Air make it Artic Air. You all are the best!!Services: HVAC system repair
