“I called G&R at 6:00pm about a main sewer line blockage. Fred answered immediately and was at my house within an hour. Fred was prepared, knowledgable, and very polite. He cleared the blockage and provided all of the needed documentation to show ECUA that the pipe was located under the roadway. Fred did a fantastic job for a price much lower than what I was quoted by another company. I would highly recommend this local company to my friends and family!“

“Flo control came out figured out what was wrong with my grinder pump fixed the problem very easily and I had a minimal charge $200 which was reasonable . Had a different company come out over the weekend over this issue first.The other company told me without really looking that my motor was bad and I needed a whole new system and grinder totaling $5700 for the grinder and $1400 for a new motherboard.I am very much appreciated honest Hardwork fro Flo Control they even took me through the process of what I could do to alleviate the problem in the future by myself which is much appreciated.“
“Terry has been doing plumbing for my company for years. He is great at what he does, his prices are more than fair and he stands by his work. He is a one-man business, so he doesn't have a fancy answering service or even any office staff....but he is hard working, dedicated and good at what he does. Other reviewers have said he is rude, I think Terry is just a tell it like he sees it kind of guy. Once you know him, he is the type of person that would do anything for you. He isn't there to sell you a car, so don't expect Mr. Smiley to show up at your door. But, if you want a good plumber who can do just about anything at a fair price, then he is your man!“

Paul and JR installed a gas line for my pool and in the process identified the need to upgrade my meter to a 2 psi system because I have a gas stove, tankless water heater, a Generac and a gas fireplace. Due to the tremendous draw of gas, the upgrade to my meter was required. They also installed the required regulators for all gas lines connected to my various systems. The entire process, timelines, professionalism and top-notch workmanship was the best I have ever seen. Ashley was kind and courteous.
