“Got home around 3:30pm and noticed a little trickle of bubbling water coming out of my front yard. Wasn’t sure what was happening. Started googling questions. Reached out to Pace Water system emergency line around 4:48pm, they didn’t come until 8:16pm (they would’ve only been able to turn the water off[but you can do that yourself too], the leak wasn’t on the city’s side so they wouldn’t have been able to help anyways). I’m just glad I didn’t take a nap and wait for them to call me back!! So glad I was proactive and continued researching and looked for a plumber b/c this could’ve really damaged my property!! So glad I picked APEXX Plumbing! I called them and they were able to get to me within their estimated time of 45 mins! AJ was our plumbing specialist. He was able to quickly turn off my water, dig to find the leak from 1 tiny puncture on a pipe, removed and replaced my pipe all within an hour. I literally thought this was going to be a multi-day process and I thought I was gonna need financing. I’m so glad that they were able to help me out and do a really great job and provide excellent customer service in this insane heat index right now and on a Saturday!! I’m so thankful!! Thank you for the service and sharing your knowledge!! They’re going to be my go to plumber moving forward! I highly recommend! They’re currently a 2 man team, top-notch service all around!”
