Hunter was very prompt and did a great job of trouble shooting my Rianni water heater on the phone. When it was discovered that it needed to be replaced Hunter stated that he could get it done today. After the full install he made sure the water lines were flushed and air free and walked me through how to register and install the app for my new water heater. They did a great job and were extremely professional throughout the whole install.
