“I’m in the middle of getting four billion quotes to repair all manner of things on my 38 year old house that the previous owners neglected to take care of, my home Inspector didn’t think to mention, and I don’t feel confident enough to DIY. Suffice to say, I’m tired. With that being said, I needed some hose bibs added outside and I have next to zero plumbing experience. So, I decided to have Apexx come out (they were the quickest to have availability) I wanted the project done immediately and I didn’t feel like dealing with another sales pitch like all the other quotes I’ve gotten so I decided I’d be fine with whatever the price was. Brett was the fella they sent out and he was nothing but honest and professional the entire way through. He even threw me a bone and lowered the price after I went on a rant about how expensive everything is and how it seems like Florida has a “blue collar tax” for this type of work (I’m tired) Brett explained the process and how soon they could get my work done (literally the next day.) As luck would have it, Brett was also who actually did the work and it was exactly what I said I wanted and exactly what he said it would be. With all that being said, if Brett is any indication of the work quality and professionalism on display at Apexx, I’ll be hiring them every time from here on out to take care of plumbing work and you should too!“
