If I could give 10 stars I would give 10+ stars all the way from the wonderful helpful voice of Joanna on the other end of the phone during a stressful time with no AC to an absolutely amazing technician William who “ knows his stuff” that goes completely went of his way to “do what it takes” to get our system up and running. With the customer satisfaction that Emerald Coast Heating and Air shows all the way around from the front desk to the field I would NOT have anyone else touch my equipment, by the way I even signed up for the warranty plan as well. Our AC went out on the evening of August 30, 2026. Emerald Coast came highly recommended. So I called them on the morning of August 31, 2026. They set up an appt, showed up on time. Diagnosed problem. System needed a new blower motor. William Heal, the Technician had the exact motor I needed on his truck. From start to finish, two hours. The final price for services rendered was a pleasant surprise. Fair and honest people. Clearly know what they are doing. Went right to the problem. I will definitely use them again if needed. Highly highly recommended. Ask for William to do the work. Thank you Emerald Coast. We can sleep cool again.

Emerald Coast air-conditioning was excellent and I highly recommend them. They were very prompt and communicated every step of the way. Mina and Matt, the service techs, were very polite, very knowledgeable and explained all the details where I could understand. William and Joana, the owners, stated in touch during the entire process to be sure things were going well and to answer any questions. They exceeded my expectations and will definitely be my go to in the future.
