I really wanted to like Emerald Coast. They were friendly and responsive (thus the two stars) but that’s where it ends. Emerald Coast installed a new HVAC system through our home warranty. After 2 months, there was an issue and our unit stopped working , then came back on and began using 2-3 times the amperage it should. Our energy consumption was through the roof. Emerald Coast came out twice and even after we explained the issue with a full explanation from our electrician, they insisted the problem was due to the overflow switch being activated due to a clogged line. Can you technician showed app 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment.i consider that on time. He quickly evaluated the situation and took care of it right away at a More than fair price.
