If I could give Steve more than five stars, I would.
We have owned and lived in a LOT of homes over the years — close to 30 moves — so I have dealt with more plumbers, contractors, installers, and service people than I care to count. Steve stands out as one of the very best professionals I have ever had working in my home. Period. He comes from a family of workers who are also in the profession.
What impressed me most was that Steve wasn't simply there to install a system and leave. He genuinely wanted to make sure we ended up with the best system for our particular home and our particular needs. He took the time to look at everything, think it through, explain every component, answer every question I threw at him — and I ask a LOT of questions — and make sure I understood exactly what we were getting and why.
This man knows his trade. I jokingly called him a plumbing savant, but I'm not sure I'm joking! It is incredibly refreshing to meet someone who not only knows the answers, but understands the why behind them and can explain it clearly. I actually learned a few things from him, which after this many houses is saying something.
Even better, Steve was genuinely enthusiastic about doing the job and getting our system right. That pride in workmanship is increasingly rare. There was no rushing, no hard sell and no "good enough." He went out of his way for us and treated our home as though the outcome actually mattered to him.
The installation was beautifully done, and we absolutely LOVE our new system.
The company should know what an extraordinary representative they have in Steve. Knowledgeable, meticulous, patient, enthusiastic, honest and thoroughly professional. He inspires confidence because he has earned it.
