Had bad water damage in several rooms of my house from a plumbing leak. Called Damage Control and Jeff came out and investigated all the areas using electronic equipment and explained what needed to be done to remedy and even guided me through my insurance plan and how they would simply bill them. I didnt have to pay anything. Jeff set up the equipment and started the drying. He came back every day to monitor the amount of moisture until completely dry. Very happy with Jeff and Damage Control to anyone that needs water damage help!
Major crisis at my daughter’s townhouse on a weeknight evening with sewer backing up into the house. The rental management company was unresponsive. John came out, gave helpful advice and let us use his tool to access the sewer line. We hope the leasing company will hire Damage Control to remediate the apartment.
We’ve had the (pleasure/not pleasure) of working with Jeff twice in the last 5 months. Once at the property we owned (and sold two months ago) and now at a unit we rent. Both had pipes burst, but this time was worse than the first. The plumbing company recommended Damage Control, and said someone would call me shortly. I still had Jeff’s number saved in my phone from last time, so it was kind of funny to see his name pop on my screen. Jeff (both times) was very kind, responsive and took the time to explain every detail and go over any concerns.
