Great service and very reasonable rates!! We were able to get a next day appointments. Technician text before arrival, was very friendly and was able to fix my issue for a reasonable cost.

Wow, they knocked it out of the park. The person in the office was very friendly and got me an appointment next-day. Our technician Jamile was super friendly & knowledgeable. He fixed my dryer and ice maker same-day. Great value and experience. I will definitely be using them again.

Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The technician resolved a major problem with our washing machine, and gave it a thorough cleaning before reassembling. It is like new! I highly recommend Rick's and will only be using them in future. Thank you
