Service With A Smile . Our 8 year old dryer was really grumbling and In need of a tune up. What a pleasant experience ! From placing the initial call and conversing with Holly, ( who by the way has an excellent demeanor on the phone ) to receiving an advance notification from the tech ( Jameal ) to his almost immediate arrival. This company hits on all 8 cylinders. Prompt diagnostic to practically immediate repair. Couldn’t have been more seamless. “Service with a smile”.. my wife and I are experiencing it ( ear to ear ). We have used Rick's Appliance Service several times and have always been pleased with their work. Recently our dishwasher died again and the technician diagnosed the problem as a defective circuit board and ordered one. When he returned, he was able to update the firmware and not use the new board (saving us over $200). He could have easily replaced it and we would have never been the wiser. Prompt, courteous, professional, and fair!! Highly recommend!! 😊
