I can't say enough good things about Mark at Coastal Appliance Repair! I called Mark and he was incredibly responsive, promising to come out the next day between 8-9 am, and he actually showed up right on time! He's a true professional with 30+ years experience who really knows his stuff. Mark listened to my explanation of the issue over the phone and immediately diagnosed the problem. My freezer was leaking. called coastal appliance and came next morning. mark was awsome. He knew exactly what to do and fixed the problem in less than an hour. was very respectable in not to make any mess. very reasonable. will definitely recommend

Very impressed with this company and Mark's (owner) expertise. Ours was a freezer issue and he scheduled us in less than 24 hours. He promptly diagnosed the issue and explained it well. He takes pride in his work and his customer service/satisfaction. We will use his service again for all of our appliances.
