This is always convenient and professional and I’m in and out quickly and they do a thorough job. I visited them three times this year, which included a break, a severe eye infection and an animal bite reaction. The very last visit, the lady behind the counter was commenting about my marijuana medical card that I accidentally gave for identification. It wasn’t her place to judge me. I had a very positive experience throughout my first visit to Ormond Beach Urgent Care. From the check-in with Trish to the MA Rachel and the ARNP Ashley, the entire staff was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. The wait time was short, and the visit itself was quick yet efficient. I was called a few days later as a follow-up to see how I was doing, which was much appreciated. I would definitely use this facility in the future.
Initially I thought this place was awesome. It’s fast, efficient, very clean and updated with a friendly staff.I would’ve given it 5 stars if I didn’t have to fight to get my scans to take it to the orthopedic. It took 4 attempts and a different answer from each person. I walked away with a blank disc I paid for… so I ended up having to get another set of Xrays; which I’m sure will cost me waaaaaaay more than $10.Great location n all but disorganized and poor communication; maybe I’d go there if I only had a cold or something…not again for any kind of sprains/breaks etc.
