The lady at the Front desk Mary Ann was so rude. I dropped my sister off to be seen tonight and asked Mary Ann which door would be open when I come back to get her she asked me why like I was bothering her and I shouldn't ask. She also was talking to me like I'm a child saying I shouldn't be gone long they close at 7pm like I didn't know I told her I know that. She needs to learn customer service everyone else was so nice and Mr. Keith was so nice and helpful to my sister.

2 nurses are wonderful. The rest is horrible. They have written down numbers and never taken vitals while I had Covid. Faked my blood pressure gave me the best reading ever. That’s how I noticed they never took it, the PA noticed it also. This was a few months ago. Now this week of November 2023 my son was really sick ? and needed an antibiotic. They won’t give an antibiotic unless you’re sick for 10 days and no school notes by this new nurse . Only a 1 day school note . My son missed 4 days of school . I am now sick and now everyone else around me is sick and they said it was allergies. Very rude staff. Now I am at advent walk in on international speedway. Much...read full review

I pay $1350 monthly for this awful insurance. Truly the worst in all my years. I don't know where to start. I went to emergency care to be treated horribly. The RN (Vickie Sorrell) threw my paperwork in the trash & walked away leaving us to dig it out of the trash. Had a surgery where a terrible surgeon (Dr. Harry Black) butchered my back & left me with a long ugly scar. Told me I should get Botox to cover it up. Stay away from this company.
