I live in Idaho, but we were visiting my mom for a couple of weeks when my husband needed to see a doctor. I can honestly say that Sam was the best medical assistant I have ever seen! And I am a retired medical assistant! He was so funny and thorough. He made my husband feel comfortable and well taken care of. He then saw nurse practitioner, Shea. She was also very thorough and did a good job of diagnosing his issue.
Shanna the Xray tech was phenomenal. She took x-rays of my daughters chest and they came out great the first time. What I reallly enjoyed though is her personality. My daughter was a but nervous and Shanna was so kind and understanding. She walked us through each step up the process so they weren't any surprises. She is a fabulous employee!
From the ease of making an appointment online for Urgent care, to checking in, great care, and leaving feeling much better than when I arrived, the entire experience was reassuring and filled with kindness. Most places have minimal staff, but urgent care was, I would not have known. Timely, compassionate, and informative were the staff and caregivers.
