Nneka is easily one of the most gifted massage therapists in Central Florida, if not the southeast! She really focuses on problem areas and doesn’t just scroll through the usual massage like many places / therapists do. She’s broken up knots in my back that I swore would never come out, and makes recovery from hard training weeks much, much easier.
Nneka is the best masseuse in Central Florida! I found her about three years ago and will forever be a client. Her space is cozy and her knowledge of the muscles and the body is incredible. I highly suggest trying out Zen House!

She provides a safe space, the mood is great, and she is very friendly. If you want to talk she is very down to earth and will chat and if you want to zone out and relax, her space offers the perfect ambiance. The massage was a 10/10 my neck and back feel so relaxed.
