I have suffered for 10 years from pelvic pain and dr Silva in 1 month gave me hormone shot that has fixed my problem. I have been to so many gyn and she fix my problem. I am so grateful to you thank you

Oh my god!!!! Does anyone ever answer the phone???!!!! I have one very simple, but important question, but for the life of me I can't get through to a human being. The doctor is FANTASTIC (5 stars), but please get some more polite front desk staff, please...as a matter of fact, forget the rudeness, just please get someone to answer the phone for heavens sake.

Would have gave 5 stars for the Dr. She’s a good gynecologist and is always there to listen the minus 2 stars is for her OFFICE STAFF. The fact that I’m reading reviews and see I’m not the only one who gets put on hold and nobody every comes back to the phone. As I type I was just on hold for 25 min to the pint i hung ups bd called back. Now I am on hold again. She needs BETTER help or MORE help.Like I said though the DR is GREAT 5/5 stars she is nice.then I needed to set the appointment the office staff answered sets the appointment no goodbye no asking if I need a confirmation email nothing just hangs up.
