“Dr. Kai Fu, Dr. Kauffman, and everyone in the OR were incredibly professional and made me feel very comfortable throughout my procedure. The care I received was truly outstanding. I especially appreciated how the OR tech made sure to communicate that I was properly covered and treated with modesty and respect. Dr. Kai always does his best and genuinely cares about his patients, and that really shows.
Ms. Lori at the front desk was absolutely amazing! She took her time with me and even wheeled me out after my procedure. She patiently stayed with me while we waited for my husband to pull the car around. It took him a few minutes, , but Lori was so dedicated, kind, and patient the entire time, ensuring my safety throughout her busy day !
Ms. Yan from the billing department was also so kind and helpful. She took the time to work with me and made everything feel so much easier and less stressful. She helped make the whole billing process a breeze and gave me one less thing to worry about. I truly appreciate her kindness and patience.
