Great experience. I used the 1st time customer voucher for my newly adopted dog. Doctor Ortiz was excellent and very informative. Stephanie the vet tech was kind and courteous. I got the lab results within 48 hours.
From the minute I walked in, the entire staff was so kind and treated us with kindness and compassion. Making a difficult decision about your aging pet is hard but I was given every option.
I had an appointment for my geriatric Puggle requesting an end of life evaluation. My tech Antriez (sp?) was prompt, and very patient while I explained my objectives for my beloved pup. I requested to be present during the evaluation. After a moderate wait time, Dr Rodriguez arrived in the exam room. She introduced herself, and she was gentle and efficient in her exam. she conveyed to me that all of my boy's behavior was normal for a dog of his breed and age. she told me that his bloodwork from our visit in November had shown signs of kidney disease, which is irreversible.
