I couldn’t be happier with my dog Beau’s visit today! Amy and Dr Rowley understood right away how to make Beau’s visit possible. He always has to be sedated due to high anxiety and be wrestled and tied up… until today. I was told they are completely against this type of handling with animals in their care. It didn’t take 5 minutes for my dog to be comfortable and get the visit and shots he needed. Amy even showed me a picture of Beau and Dr Rowley posing like best buddies! I’m so impressed with this animal hospital! From the time I called and made an appointment, to the humane handling of my dog and the knowledge of the staff!

We had to put down our 18yr old chihuahua that we’ve had since he was 2 months old. Ashley & Dr. Rowley made an extremely difficult situation much more comfortable than we could have ever imagined. They were super gentle with him and took care of the smallest details. From having water and tissues for us, to wrapping Milk in a cute little blanket so he was comfortable. If I could, I would give them 10 stars!

Dr. Rowley took his time to review my dogs very delicate case after she was very sick, and after two emergency room visits to include her own vet for 5yrs with Banfield. I did not receive the care or answers that I did with only 24hrs after seeing Dr Rowley. I appreciate the compassion and care for Aarusha. Everyone should care about their craft the way he does. Thank you!
