Tannenbaum (Royalty) investigated and repaired another company’s re-roof from several years ago (that other company said all my new interior damage was caused by “unsealed stucco walls”). A few weeks later, Jim followed up and I reported another defect, from a part of the roof that Royalty had been nowhere near. They fixed that one too: no new interior damage after several days of rain. I will use them again
