The Spa at World Center

I had a mani, a pedi and a Swedish massage. I think the masseuse is magical because she took my back and hip pain away! This after days of sitting in torturous seminar chairs. And the mani was top tier good - no drill and my nails are perfect. The pedi was so soothing for my feel and the aromas were so refreshing. The atmosphere is relaxing and the staff is so friendly. I also used the steam room & shower - it was comfortable and they had everything I needed.

I am pleasantly surprised by the phone conversation I had this morning with the manager of the spa, and Peter, at the front desk. They were extremely nice gentleman that helped me look up information. They were very pleasant in their tone and manner of speaking.I have not use our facility so I cannot comment on that. I know that they don’t have all the qualifications of a five star but I’m giving them four-star because they were that nice and pleasant on the phone. That’s a rarity in this day and age.

A big thanks to Aquasia Hines who rectified an initial complaint expeditiously! Don't miss breakfast at Latitude and Longitude! The buffet is unmatched anywhere else in Central Florida! Also the waterpark is a legitimate waterpark; perfect for the whole family!
