While at a work conference, I decided to schedule a 60 minute massage for the end of my stay; definitely call prior to your arrival, as I was only able to get an appointment on the day of my check-out! That morning, I got a call and text message that my masseuse would be a bit late - I definitely appreciated the warning. Arriving at the lobby, which is located in the 3rd tower, there was no front desk person. It seems you sit there until they bring you back to the relaxation room. Both the relaxation room and the service room are converted hotel rooms - so they are spacious. This is my second visit to The Island Spa. The first time I got a pedicure and this time I got a facial and a pedicure back to back. Both times have been a very good experience. It's worth noting that the spa itself is not all in one space. The check in, waiting room, fasciae room and nail rooms are all separate. The nail room looks out on the pool area. Both my nail technician and my esthetician were amazing. Really enjoyed the services here.

My daughter and I had the facial with Ms. "magic hands" Arlene. Quotes are mine. Unbelievably relaxing, she knows her way around facial, neck and shoulder muscles. We also had mani/pedis w Iman, she was so nice and engaging. I highly recommend this place!
