the experience was great, every one was very nice,especially the lady who did my hair, Alessandra I believe. She was extremely professional and gave great customer service. I absolutely love what she did to my hair. Before my appointment I was very excited because I had a $500 gift card and it had been a very long time since I did anything to my hair. My excitement was short lived as the day before my appointment I found out that the $500 wouldn't cover all of the services ( highlights and a cut). This was my second time visiting the four seasons orlando spa and once again, it exceeded my expectations. We started by leaving our car with the valet (this is validated by the spa upon check out). The staff were very kind and directed us towards the spa. Take a left, go down to the first floor using the elevatorors. Approach the 2 white double doors and then take a right. The spa will be on your right.
Upon check in (30 mins before your appointment time) you will be given an IPad to have you fill our waivers and health questionnaires.
