The staff, particularly Cheyenne, provides exceptional customer service and goes above and beyond for guests. The spa offers excellent massages, with Cocoa known for her deep tissue expertise and knowledge of anatomy. The facility is well-equipped with a nice locker room and lounge.

As I had read myself in other reviews, my massage therapist Doll was fantastic. She really listened and helped with my issues as best she could. Definitely worth it. The facial I got from Tabitha was also very good. I would recommend the spa to anyone.

My husband and I went to Lake BV Resort for our honeymoon and I got a massage at the Reflections Spa by Dollmeshia Jones. She was the absolute sweetest and it was by far the best massage I have ever received. I absolutely recommend booking with her! It was just what I needed!

It was my very first professional message and after this experience it won’t be my last. The entire staff was so friendly!! But I have to give props to the lady who did my message. She made me feel soooo relaxed and helped loosen the tight muscles I didn’t know I had. You can even enjoy a nice sauna after your message. I will be coming back!
