Sandra is by far the most knowledge Medical Massage Therapist I’ve ever had. I’m so glad I found her, and avoided a risky surgery. She took the time to understand my condition, and customized a therapy plan to help me relieve my chronic pain.I tried everything: Acupuncture, Chiropractor, Physical Therapy; but, Sandra’s therapy is the only thing that worked for me. Sandra is amazing! I've been going to her regularly for the past 6 months. I moved to the area and was fearful I wouldn't find someone as great or better than my last massage therapist. Sandra has met and exceeded all of my expectations. She has a deep understanding of how the body works and remembers your triggers/pain points. As someone who works from home full time, I find it really takes a toll on my body. Every time I go to Sandra, I feel so much better. I look forward to all of my appointments. I'm so grateful to have found Sandra! I've worked with many massage therapists throughout the years but never experienced a Medical Massage until I met Sandra. Her Medical Massages have been such a huge upgrade for me and my life. I suffer from a chronic condition and in literally 3 appointments she has done so much to relieve my chronic tension, help my posture and even create improved structural alignment thanks to her being able to get my muscles to relax on a very deep level.
