After spending most of the weekend hiking and walking around, my legs and lower back were completely worn out. Really amazing massage, I chose Thai and deep tissue massage. Most of it was walking. My therapist got the right spots and did something new to my leg no one had done which felt like something I had been needing forever. Highly recommended!
