OPTICAL DISTRICT ORLANDO offers very good service with excellent staff treatment and quality glasses. Customers appreciate the careful eye exams and first-class attention, along with a variety of new lens designs. However, some reviews mention poor communication regarding promotions, leading to confusion for a few visitors.
Grand Optical shop! The individuals running the operations are truly 5-star quality. One of my lens on my frameless glasses was broken and had no idea where and who to trust to repair these. These glasses mean a lot to me so when they called in less than their promised time to pick them up, I was thrilled. And when I picked them up, forget about! 5-stars. Thank you Alietty, Monica and anyone else who helped!
Great Customer service from Optical District, excellent team member. Highly recommended, they also provide payment plan.

Great optical! I have been going the last two years and it is excellent, the service and attention are first class, and they always have new and brand name lens designs.
The exam is done carefully and everything is explained to me.
