Warby Parker Mall at Millenia

Warby Parker has some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. I don't typically write reviews but, I feel compelled to share.

I ordered two pairs of glasses, one sunnies, one clear lense back in January and they were so nice and accommodating in the Orlando Millenia Mall location. The Optometrist who did my updated eye exam was funny, knowledgeable, and had me in and out in no time. The employees who did my check out in-store were quick and friendly as well. I got my glasses within 10 days after the exam and all has been well.

Fast forward to today when I accidentally snapped my clear lense frame in half at the bridge. I contacted Warby Parker via the online chat function, was matched with a real human in about 1 minute, and explained my issue. Not even kidding, within the next two minutes of talking to him, I had an email with a prepaid return shipping label for my broken pair, and an update about a new order for a replacement frame. It's now been 6 hours since that chat convo and I've already received another update that my new glasses are almost complete and will be delivered within 7-10 days.

Hands down, WP has been one of the smoothest services I've ever used and every single one of their employees I've had contact with has been so sweet, funny, honest, and helpful. I will never buy eyeglasses anywhere else. They are the best!

Had eye exam at Mall of Millenia in Orlando and purchased 2 pairs of eyeglasses with progressive lenses and blue light filtering. Dr. P.J. Blade observed a retina issue and forwarded a referral to a retinal specialist for consultation.

Everyone at this location was super friendly, efficient and professional. I have worn glasses since age 18 and at 63 this is by far the best eye exam/glasses purchase I have ever experienced. Glasses came in quickly, optician fitted them perfectly and the prices are super reasonable.

What started as an online store has surprised me over the years. While the majority of companies have pushed to remove live customer service, switching to entire web models, you've done the opposite. Today was a stack on that proof. Paola, was exceptional, personable, heard my concerns, and made my visit seamless.
