Our favorite clinic. From the very first phone call, our entire experience has been wonderful. Dan is incredibly professional, patient, and kind. He always takes the time to explain everything and answer all my questions — and I always have many, since this is my first dog. Dr. Norton is also very professional, kind, and caring.
We also had an emergency visit at this clinic, and everything went perfectly — they helped us quickly and efficiently. You can truly feel that they love your pet here and genuinely care for them.

I’ve been to Nona’s Ark a couple of times in the past two months, they are a very friendly homey sort of small hospital. Exam rooms and lobby are very cleanly and comfortable. Over all a wonderful staff and Dr. Norton has helped me learn many things personally! They truly care about the health of our furry friends and us as clients as well.

There have been numerous occasions when I needed to bring my pet in for urgent health-related issues, and each time, the team responded promptly to my requests. Dr. Norton has been exceptionally patient, taking the time to sit down with me, explain the available options, and discuss the underlying causes.
