“I’ve been with Doris for about 2 years so far and she’s basically like another mother figure for me. She’s kind and understanding as well as patient towards me and other kids but also strong willed and pushing for all of us to get better. We have fun concerts where almost all the students get to practice together and get out of their comfort zone growing as a person.
