I decided to treat my girl last weekend. We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our facials and massages. The staff were all very kind and considerate, especially sofia. I do believe the prices were a bit high for what it is, as we've been to much nicer spas for the same if not a bit cheaper. It seemed a bit dingy and not very well maintained, kinda ugly, my girl was not at all impressed with the decor and mentioned feeling we were at a strip mall rather than at the Portofino! Some of the rooms were little nice but we probably will seek out something better in the area.
Had a 90 minute then 60 minute deep tissue massage with Bill. If he had availability I would have gone every day. Having had massages all over the world from the Meurice in Paris to the Ritz Carlton in Naples no one has compared to the treatment with Bill. I hope Mandara realizes what a gem they have in him. Wherever we stay each year in Orlando I will not be farther than a quick Uber ride away. Thank you so much Bill!!!
Jasmine is one of the best - 5+ stars. The 75 minute massage I received from her was outstanding. She applied the exact right amount of pressure and helped work out some stubborn knots deep in my shoulder muscles, while being gentle on other areas of my body (as requested in our initial consultation). Her skillset and level of care is right up there with those at the Four Seasons. The front desk service was kind and helpful, and I especially appreciated the hot stone upgrade recommendation (which didn't feel pushy but rather true advice based on the information I gave about my problem areas).
