Ok, Now I'm thinking Lisa, Rina and the whole team are taking performance enhancing drugs.:):) Its July 4th weekend, I have a Customer with family down from 3 diff states. Their system went south which with over 20 people in the home, on a holiday weekend would be hotel time. Wrong you would be, Lisa and team picked up the phone and is meeting us at shop so my customer can get installed today. My customer now thinks I'm awesome and will be telling friends and leaving me a great review. I left a review last month but always go by the rule if someone is going above and beyond what the norm is we can’t just tell them one time. Well Ms Rina @ the counter is well above the beyond. Again her customer service and time she takes to help me is crazy good. I couldn’t be happier with how she treats me and my guys and honestly she’s a huge part of why I chose Johnstones as our main supply house. If your her boss reading this, give that lady a raise. She deserves it:):):) thanks Rina and know we see your hard work and we thank you for it.
