Marissa is absolutely amazing! Definitely recommend her and everyone at Jem Hair Studio. Went in for root touch up and highlights and my hair has never looked better. Marissa exceeded any expectation I could have ever had. Everyone in the salon was so warm, welcoming, and beyond friendly. So glad I found my new hair home!

I have been going to Jessie and Marissa to get my hair done for almost 15 years now. They are wonderful! They always listen attentively. They are welcoming to all their clients, treat their staff most kindly and have always been a tremendous support to philanthropic events in our community! I appreciate greatly their continued optimism, professionalism, support and respect for these challenging times we live in, as they cheerfully adhere to wearing masks, which cannot be comfortable to wear all day long....but they do it to help keep us all safe. Thank you Jessie and Marissa for your enduring kindness and generosity.

My daughter and I have been getting haircuts here for 7 years. We drive from Miami and it is well worth the drive! Jessie and Marissa are superstars, and their staff is excellent. Jem Hair Studio is always on point, especially now in their Fairbanks location.‍‍
