Starrworks is a cozy creative salon that makes you smile. Shelley has been my hair stylist for 20 years. She is great with color and always makes you feel like a star! I highly recommend her and her salon.
My Wife and I have been going to Shelley for more than 18 years, Versatile and experienced with all type of hair. My wife has thick, waist-length hair and I have hair with a distinct wave in the back. Also has cut my daughters wavy, shoulder-length hair.
