I've been going to Dr. Herndon ever since 2021. COVID was still around and I was working from home and all that sitting on our furniture and dining room chairs really did a number on my lower back. I've had issues before, but it was really bad this time. With my wife's help, she found Dr. Herndon and he has been a blessing. Over time and with his adjustments, my back issues are a thing of the past now. We have made it a routine to see him every other week and that makes all the difference for us. I begain a review here, accidentally posted before it was complete. I wanted to add that I don't require monthly chiropractic but when I do it's definately needed. A bit shocked at first but over 10 years I can say I always get relief, then tell myself myself I should have gone sooner!
In addition to time spent with the doctor they also have a pre adjustment ritual which is passive and comforting to relax your muscles for maximum benefit with Dr Herndon's treatment. I can't say enough about the office and Dr Herndon.
What an angel! I had severe back and hip pain during my stay at Disney and Dr. Herndon fit me in even on his day off to help give me some relief. I came into the office in tears from the pain and I could barely move, and Dr. Herndon helped me immensely! So grateful to him!
