What i like the most is the customer service. The lady on the phone is very calm and easy to work with. She doesn't sell any kind of stuff. The call ended up very smooth and the hvac technicians came up on schedule. They did the diagnostic fee for $99. They found out that my heat pump have rats inside and that's causing issue.
I had an issue with our heater in my mom's condo in jacksonville, and we ended up finding them here in facebook. They fix the heater same day, and the guy who fix it seems really nice and respectful. They also accept financing so they are very flexible.
